I am passionate about all things Health related + am obsessed with the Outdoors (especially Surfing).

 

Recently I started my newest chapter in a Van so I can create the biggest impact possible, enjoying a freedom based lifestyle and helping people from anywhere in the world!

 

A trip to India caused a catalyst of health issues in my system in 2014.

 

Prolonged stress due to studies, work + life experiences over the years continued to wreak havoc and chaos on my systems, which has led me to Thyroid Issues and severe inflammation.

 

I’ve been on a Health Journey the last 11 Years to rebalance my body.

 

It has led me to creating this website to share the most powerful yet simple approaches that have the biggest impact on optimising my health.

 

Most recently finding the answers to my health issues through Energetic Attunements, Psychic Readings, a Holistic Nutritionist, Kangen Water + Energy Balancing (Reiki, The Emotion, Body + Belief Code).

 

This has led me to create this central hub of knowledge and offerings for people to improve their health, wellness + overall experience!
 

I am grateful for this journey to make me realise that my life’s purpose is living a life of freedom and creating abundance through my purpose of Serving Others (this is where I get my biggest source of happiness).

 

My intention for creating this website is to fast track others journey to true health + balancing their bodies by sharing what I’ve learnt. I hope my offerings can help you as much as they have helped me.

 

Everything you see on this website is an archive of all that I’ve learnt over the last 11 years, all the pieces of the puzzle as a whole.

 

My health journey has led me down a deeply spiritual path because you find when you have exhausted all other logical and physical world options that’s the only place left to go (now it's my first approach).

 

However, what I offer here can be best understood through Quantum Physics (AKA science).
